Because every product we sell is frozen food, we cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or not what you ordered, email mike@cajunspecialtymeats.com or call 850-469-9400 within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
