Shipping Rates
Every order ships frozen in an insulated cooler packed with frozen gel packs. Rates are based on the total weight of your order (one cooler holds up to 18 lbs).
Southeast: UPS Ground (2 to 3 business days)

Tip: Shipping is charged per cooler, not per item. Filling your cooler up to 18 lbs gets you the most food for the same shipping cost.
When Your Order Ships
Order Monday through Wednesday and your cooler ships that same week.
Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following week.
When Your Cooler Arrives
- Open it right away and move everything to your freezer.
- The gel packs may be partly thawed when they arrive. That is normal. Food that still has ice crystals or is at 40°F or below is safe to refreeze.
- Keep the gel packs. You can refreeze and reuse them.
